Paul BallestaCTA
Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has been working in tax since 1984. He oversees the Huddersfield office Tax Department, which covers a wide spectrum of clients both locally and nationally. Paul specialises in tax planning for individuals, trusts and businesses of all kind.
Roger Hesketh
Roger is the partner responsible for forensic tax investigation work. He trained with the Inland Revenue (now H.M. Revenue and Customs) and spent the last ten years with them as an Inspector of Taxes specialising in investigation work. As well as specialising in H.M. Revenue and Customs investigations he also has expertise in payroll, benefits and National Insurance matters.
Steve LindleyACA, CTA
Steve is the Managing Partner of the Huddersfield office and also Senior Tax Partner. He has a broad tax experience and specialises in advising high net worth individuals based both in the UK and overseas and also advising upon business mergers, acquisitions and re-organisations.
Alistair RussellACA
Alistair qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. He is in charge of the Huddersfield office Audit and Accountancy Department and is responsible for training and compliance matters. Alistair acts for a wide variety of clients around the country, ranging from sole traders to large groups of companies. He also deals with specialised assignments such as schools/academies, charities, financial services, pension schemes and due diligence.
Richard UmbersFCA
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and is the firms Senior Audit Partner and Corporate Finance Partner. He acts for a wide spectrum of clients both locally and nationally. As Corporate Finance Partner, Richard has developed a wide range of contacts with funding organisations, which has assisted businesses of all sizes in raising capital to meet their needs. Richard also has first hand knowledge of Trust law and Estate tax planning. Richard also undertakes forensic work referred to the office.
